After Communion and before the final blessing, two young men recited the “Creed of the Youth of the Ecclesial Base Communities.” Developed in 2016, the text speaks of a “God/Goddess,” described as “liberating and revolutionary.” This creed explicitly rejects belief in a “hierarchical Church” while “embracing all sexual diversity.” Before the recitation, Bishop Mendes introduced the creed as a “supplication from the youth of Latin America, who stand before God asking him to come to meet us.”

Ich habe die Szene, die hier gezeigt wird, als ein Flugzeug in hohem Bogen in das WTC II flog, im Fernsehen in Nahaufnahme und gestochen scharf gesehen und war sofort misstrauisch. Erster verdächtiger Punkt: Warum war die Kamera die ganze Zeit im perfekten Winkel auf das WTC II gerichtet, als plötzlich von links oben das Flugzeug herein kam und durch die Kurve rechts unten einschlug?
