The Peter’s Pence class action lawsuit against the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) was originally filed in January 2020. The lawsuit alleges that USCCB routinely asks Catholics throughout the country to donate money to the annual Peter’s Pence collection to “help victims of war, oppression, natural disaster, or disease,” but the money actually goes into funds which invest in such ventures as luxury condominium developments and Hollywood movies. The Plaintiff claims the USCCB is liable under theories of common law fraud, unjust enrichment, and breach of fiduciary duty. After 6 years of failed attempts to get the lawsuit dismissed, the USCCB and now filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari. A writ of certiorari is a legal remedy used to review the decisions of a lower court. A writ would allow the Supreme Court to examine the records of the case and determine whether the lower court’s decision was correct. In their 52-page petition,…
This poses the question about the USCCB - What else is not Kosher? Fool me once - shame on you Fool me twice - shame on me Fool me three times - I'm a numb-skull
The recent release of emails and documents linked to Jeffrey Epstein by the U.S. Department of Justice includes speculation about the Vatican Bank IOR and Pope Benedict XVI’s resignation. In a February 21, 2013 email to economist Larry Summers, Epstein suggested in his distorted view that the most significant change in the Vatican was not Benedict XVI’s resignation, but a leadership shift at the IOR. He claimed the Vatican’s sovereign status exempted the bank from Italian and European Union transparency rules. The email referred to the removal of IOR president Ettore Gotti Tedeschi in May 2012 amid Italian investigations into alleged financial misconduct. Epstein wrote that 47 dossiers were found at Tedeschi’s home and that intercepted calls showed he feared for his safety due to his knowledge of Vatican financial matters. Epstein wrote that by late 2012, Tedeschi was cooperating with Italian authorities. Epstein also noted that German lawyer Ernst von Freyberg was appointed president …More
From memory- --- 1. Podesta emails revealed by wiki leaks discussed the "Catholic spring" which was basically that the neutering of the Catholic Church had already been accomplished? --- 2. Cardinal Pell was placed in charge of investigating the Vatican bank, and was falsely accused, he had to stand trial and found not guilty, and then his death was surrounded by unsolved anomalies? --- 3. Pope Benedict appointed a small group to investigate the "lavender lobby" in the Catholic Church who handed him a completed 300 page report which has gone missing as soon as Bergoglio entered the picture with his stage name Pope Francis ?

IN the last chapter we showed, that no one can die a good death, without first dying to the world. The essence of a good life is laid down by St. Paul, in his first Epistle to Timothy, in these words: " Now the end of the commandment is charity from a pure heart, and a good conscience, and an unfeigned faith." Una Voce International - the largest international association of lay Catholics associated with the Mass of the Roman rite - published a February 3 statement regarding the announced consecrations of bishops for the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X without a papal mandate. The statement was signed by Joseph Shaw (President, England), Monika Rheinschmitt (Vice President, Germany), and Andris Amolins (Secretary, Latvia). They write about the announcement: "Our ardent wish, shared by many Catholics of goodwill, is for the canonical regularisation of the FSSPX, which would enable its many good works to bear the greatest possible fruit. This announcement indicates that this outcome is a more distant prospect than it has seemed for many years." The group shares the FSSPX's goal of making the Church's ancient liturgy available as widely as possible. Their main claim: "We know many Catholics able to attend the Traditional Mass with all the necessary permissions from the Church’s hierarchy,…More

This is the text of two letters written by Archbishop Lefebvre in 1988, just prior to the illicit consecrations. They show what was on his mind that that time - the salvation of souls and the good of the Church. Archbishop Lefebvre to his bishops-elect
GOD'S WILL BE DONE. --- Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre was a saintly man. The hierarchy of the SSPX would have been more prescient if they had followed His Excellency Archbishop Lefebvre as he left them with the full understanding of the exact state of Rome regarding its disastrous state of apostasy. However, they did not do so when they sidestepped to involve the SSPX in a compromised position by their 2012 Declarational Agreement with Rome. --- GOD'S WILL BE DONE.
Peter Mandelson has said he has resigned his membership of the Labour party to avoid causing it “further embarrassment” after more revelations about his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein. The peer, who was sacked as US ambassador last year because of his links to Epstein, featured in documents released by the US Department of Justice on Friday related to the convicted sex offender. Mandelson said he had written on Sunday evening to Hollie Ridley, the general secretary of the Labour party, to say he was resigning his party membership. His letter said: “I have been further linked this weekend to the understandable furore surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and I feel regretful and sorry about this. “Allegations which I believe to be false that he made financial payments to me 20 years ago, and of which I have no record or recollection, need investigating by me. “While doing this, I do not wish to cause further embarrassment to the Labour party and I am therefore stepping down from membership …

"There are, therefore, three virtues, in which the perfection of the Christian law consists; charity from a pure heart, hope from a good conscience, and faith unfeigned. But as charity is first in the order of perfection, so in the order of generation, faith cometh first, according to the words of the apostle: " Now there remain, faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greater of these is charity."

While the media worldwide reports on the juicy details of the published files on the Epstein scandal and tries to shift all responsibility onto Trump, whom they hate, I have not yet said a word about this extremely brutal criminal case, which serves to control politicians and people who have influence on world politics. If it turns out that there is evidence of criminal activity by the current US president, I will be the first to call for his impeachment. China’s Supreme People’s Court declares that sexual abuse of children is a “particularly heinous” crime and is punishable by death without mercy under the law. In domestic politics, China relies on totalitarian, technocratic control of its own population. In international relations, however, it shows neither ideological expansion, as the USSR once did, nor does it introduce “true democracy” with bombs, as the US constantly does. China’s war against the Western world is more calculated and …

"Conservative" Bishop Stefan Oster of Passau is preparing his audience for a 'Synodal Conference' which will hold its inaugural meeting in November. On Bistum-Passau.de on 3 February, Monsignor Oster said that the new body still requires approval from the German Bishops’ Conference and the Vatican, but he believes that "this new body at the national level will come into being". He added that with it, "synodality" should be placed on a lasting footing. Bishop Oster described the six-year journey of the German Synod as enriching and meaningful. At the last Synodal Assembly in Stuttgart last weekend, he said, they had tried to "establish a connection with the Roman Synod on Synodality". Following the Roman model, he praised that they had used the method of "conversation in the Holy Spirit". This new permanent national synodal body should regularly monitor the bishops' implementation of the Synodal Way, a move that even Cardinal Marx opposed. "I caution against pursuing this path. It is …More

After reviewing documents and communications of European regulators regarding Brussels’ tech regulation, the Republican-led Committee published a report titled The EU Censorship Files, Part II. It is accompanied by thousands of pages of internal Big Tech documents and communications with European regulators. The committee, chaired by Republican Jim Jordan, describes the material as proof of a decade-long European campaign to impose global narrative control through pressure on social-media platforms. The findings build directly on January’s exposure by the same committee of the EC’s first-ever fine under the …
